current guitar sentiment

The PRS Mira is a very good resonating guitar I like a lot. And she satisfies my need for an American-made guitar. I’m keeping her until I have the chance to own a better-looking PRS core model. She’s up for trade now though.

To me, this is the best deal I’ve got so far. The Ibanez RT-150 is an excellent-sounding Japanese axe for a dirt cheap price. I will probably keep her forever until someone is willing to meet her value of $1500. Probably no reason to look at another Japanese guitar which will cost more.

The Gretsch G5420T is a beautiful hollow body and she sounds fantastic. However, for half the price, I can get similar quality in the Epiphone Broadway. I hope she can be sold off to make way for that Epi.

The Squier Jazz Bass was brought back from the dead and now she plays well in my opinion. For her price, I could probably keep her for many years. But I could sell her off for a small profit.

The vintage Fender American Precision Bass is still with the guitar tech after almost a year. I’m hoping that she will come back safe looking glorious. I could keep her for good. But I would probably sell her off for a few grand which I could use to get my PRS and a Squier 51 pbass.

If there is spare cash or enough profits, I will go after a Fender Telecaster or Jaguar and a Squier Bass VI.

Lastly, I could get a Martin DM for a few hundred bucks.
