Story 2:
I liked my MIJ CoolZ Telecaster but I know I have to get a G&L Telecaster with MFD pickups. So I put the CoolZ up on sale for a few weeks. A young chap offered to trade his PRS SE 245 for my tele. I agreed after looking at it on the net. I knew the deal would benefit me cos the 245 worthed more than my CoolZ.
When I brought the 245 home, I discovered why PRS is coveted by many. Playing on the PRS (albeit it’s the SE) brings with her a totally different experience. She was smooth like butter and the feel was so classy. The guitar herself had been excellently crafted. With her vintage sound, I felt like I was playing music on a different planet. I could only imagine what it would be like to play the original MIA PRS.
Let me enjoy the 245 before deciding if I would trade her for another PRS SE.
