positive trades

Today, I had two positive trade deals. The first involved a 2021 Gretsch G2622T-P90 Streamliner Semi-Hollowbody + 300 for my 2022 Fender FSR Player Stratocaster. The P90s is the deal-clincher. So far, the Gretsch P90s seem to growl better than the Casino.

The second involved a 2000 G&L George Fullerton Signature Stratocaster + 700 for my 2015 Gibson Les Paul Less+. With the love for P90s, I had to let the 57 classics go. It makes sense for me to try this famous G&L made-in-America strat for under 1K. Her V-shaped neck is the one distinctive feature. The rest look just like a strat. But her heavy body seems to keep the voice sustainable longer.

I’m happy with both new axes, but may not keep them for long. I shall play by the ear, literally.
