It’s been a month of no guitar activities. With the ongoing wars round the world, times are generally hard for many people in the world, even in Singapore. The cheaper guitars are listed at low prices but there are no takers. Interests are there but no one took action.
The Gibsons and Fenders have been reasonably priced but there are also no takers. Other usual collectors and traders are also facing dry spells.
However, I have been slowly re-defining my pedal board. Thanks to the Double Down, I have two signal chains. Number 1, the main one, runs through the pedal board into the Fender Pro Junior IV. Number 2 runs through the digital modelers into the VOX MV50 AC and the Blackstar cab.
I have swapped out the Lekato Looper for the brand new NUX Hook Drum & Looper. And I am enjoying it with the drum variations coming into my music. Unexpectedly, I acquired the TC Electronic Crescendo Auto Swell which I think is a good alternative to a separate (and cumbersome) volume pedal. And then, I got a brand new Behringer UV-300, the much-hyped vibrato, from SL.
I’m happy with the pedals.
